The 3rd Annual Millenium Music conference will be held on February 11, 12, 13 & 14 1999 at the Ramada Inn On Market Square in downtown Harrisburg, PA.
The Valentine / President's Day weekend rock music showcase and symposium will feature three nights of showcasing bands and artists and two days of panels, workshops, clinics and trade show.
The goal of Millenium '99 is to provide the registrants with tools and the contacts to help further their music business careers. This year's conference is specifically designed for one-to-one interaction with panelists, speakers, musicians and professionals from all aspects of the music industry.

Register early for Millenium '99. Registration for the February 11-14, 1999 event is only $55.00 if you register before December 31, 1998.
You and your band or music industry business needs to be represented at this event.
Networking at Millenium '99 will provide you with the knowledge and the contacts to take your music business to the next level, but you must register to attend.
Because the registration fee is so modest and affordable there are no performer or student discounts. Each registrant receives a free listing in the Millenium '99 Directory, The Buzz Bag
and their personal Millenium '99 laminated pass which provides access to all panels, workshops, clinics and showcases. Your laminate is also good for discounts

Millenium '99 will host over 100 of Central PA's original acts and artists
on February 11, 12 & 13, 1999 at Harrisburg area live music venues. It's your bands chance to be seen and heard. Submissions
for band and artists showcases will be accepted up until December 21, 1998.
An application form, a photo, a biography, a minimum three (3) song demo and $15.00 processing
fee is required. Simply mail in the showcase application with the requirements before the deadline to be considered for Millenium '99 Showcases.

Millenium '99 will feature panels, workshops and clinics on Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. Meet and learn from managers, producers, agents, promoters, engineers, record company and radio station executives, lawyers, publishers,
songwriters and recording artists from the national and regional music industry. The panels are
designed for question and answers but the panelists are accessible for one-to-one contact with the addition of mentoring sessions available to the registrants. For more information call Vikki Walls at 717-234-4342.
Millenium '99 will be held in downtown Harrisburg at the Ramada Inn On Market Square. The newly refurbished property offers 260 graciously appointed rooms, a unique indoor pool, fitness center, The Big Bar and the Second Street Cafe
which offers casual American Cuisine. The downtown location makes for easy access to all the clubs, restaurants, shopping and historic sites of the Capital City.
A special Millenium Rate of $69.00 is available to all those who register for the conference. Reservations must be made prior to January 12, 1999. For reservation call 1-800-2-RAMADA and be sure to ask for the Millenium '99 special rate.
Advertising in the Millenium '99 directory not only gives you prime placement
at one of Central PA's prime music related events, it works for you all year round
as registrants use it as their guide to the regional music industry.
Divided into discrete sections to facilitate its use, it's the perfect vehicle
for catching the attention of people in the business that need to know who you are and what you do. A full page ad in the
directory is only $500.00; half page ads are $300.00 and a quarter page ad is $150.00.
A special showcasing performer one-eighth page ad is $75.00. Color ads are available at an additional charge and camera ready layout must be received by January 8, 1999.

A new edition to the 1999 event is the Showcase & Nightclub Guide which will feature all the band & artist showcase listings, restaurant and venue information. Replete with maps

Place yourself or your business in the high-traffic heart of Millenium '99 with a spot on the trade show floor.
This years' trade show floor at the Ramada Inn is directly adjacent the meeting rooms and registration area for maximum visibility. Each booth includes one six foot table and two chairs, two registration laminates,
and a listing in the directory for $500.00. Several prime location hallway booths are available for $800.00.

items, such as: CD's, tapes, photos, flyers, bumper stickers, and publications.

Sponsorship opportunities exist on a variety of levels and
areas of involvement for Millenium '99. If you have an idea for your company, choose your own sponsorship vehicle and we'll
create a package that gets your message to the registrants. major sponsorships are still available as well as sponsors of showcase stage(s), panels(s), the Buzz Bag, the Showcase guide, a hospitality room or your own event.
